We have a dedicated website for the show so that we can provide you with specific information and news:

In 2008, the Alvis Fighting Vehicle Society held its first annual show. This gave us the opportunity to get all the vehicles out, invite friends and families of the Society Members and get a consensus to us making this a permanent event.
Needless to say it was enjoyed by all who attended, with many people camping over the holiday weekend, participating in driving the vehicles around the arena, the fantastic pyro displays put on by Glenn and the gang and the road run to the local pub, where we all had a large coke.
In 2010 we opened the show to the public for the first time. The show was a success and we have gone from strength to strength growing in size and popularity each year.

Preparations for the show are well on track, with hot showers, toilets, beer tent, stall all booked. This year for the first time we have booked a live rock band for Sunday night, with a Disco on Saturday night.
Driving and live firing displays are bigger and better than ever with an extra live firing demonstration from rifles to Challenger 1.
Good news vehicle entry numbers are up on this time last year as are the re-enactors.
Fingers crossed for good weather.
If you want to come and chat to us we are at the MVT National Show at Wickstead Park this week end 8th & 9th June and then Wartime in the Vale at the end of June.
